Anchor Bolt Description
Anchor bolts, also called holding down bolt, foundation bolt, refer to the connecting bolts that fix the equipment to the foundation through the base. Anchor bolts are usually positioned and fixed before the equipment foundation is poured, and a stable connection is formed with the foundation after the pouring; holes are also reserved during the foundation pouring, and the holes are poured after the equipment is in place, installed, leveled and aligned; small equipment also has Drill holes in the foundation and fix with expansion bolts.
Anchor Bolt Types:
Anchor bolts can be divided into fixed anchor bolts, movable anchor bolts, expansion anchor anchor bolts and adhesive anchor bolts. According to the different shapes, it is divided into: L-shaped embedded bolts, 9-shaped embedded bolts, U-shaped embedded bolts, welded embedded I type bolts, and bottom plate embedded bolts. It is specially designed to be buried in the concrete foundation and used as the base for fixing various machines and equipment. Figure 7 anchor bolts are the most commonly used anchor bolts. It is generally made of Q235 steel, with high strength using Q345B or 16Mn material, and also using 40Cr material to process 8.8-level strength products, and occasionally using secondary or tertiary rebar.
